Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
